Natural light and community connection.

A comprehensive renovation of the 1968 student living spaces prioritizes natural light, modern amenities, and community connection. Expansive picture windows replace the original narrow windows, while new finishes, upgraded lighting, and mechanical systems modernize the building for years to come.

The 12-floor, 104,000-square-foot residence hall at Colorado State University was completed in 2025.

Navigating complex code

Working with consultants and the contractor, the team balanced necessary building modernization with extensive code updates and budget constraints. The complex, aging renovation was delivered on time and under budget.
